CULTURAL CONNECTIONS

Would you like to know more about community events or specific aboriginal gatherings? We have the experience and knowledge to connect you. There are plenty of theatre, art, music, children’s events, and festivals in Edmonton throughout the year. See Edmonton Events for a listing. There are also many Aboriginal events and opportunities – sweat lodges, round dances, soup and bannock nights, and so much more. Visit What2DoInEdm for more information.

SUCCESS STORIES

“New in Town was very helpful and supportive through my time of need. When I came here I was very scared and lost. New in Town has assisted my family with connecting us to cultural events to stay connected to our culture.” – Joy Cardinal, Mother of 7
